If you're a realtor who's already hunting--prospecting, networking, working your sphere--and you want another income stream tied directly to your relationships, this role is for you.

Cowdin Design + Build is a focused residential design-build construction/remodeling firm serving Metro Detroit's west side. We build major remodels: whole-home renovations, kitchens, primary suites, additions and custom new homes--done with craftsmanship, clean communication, and professional execution.

We're looking for a Realtor Partner to source qualified opportunities and introduce Cowdin to homeowners who need a plan, a budget, and a builder they can trust.

What You'll Do

Source opportunities (your way)

• Identify homeowners planning to remodel or build (before listing, after closing, or staying put)
  
• Connect us with buyers who need renovations to make a purchase work
  
• Bring us past clients, sphere contacts, investors, and local referral partners
  
• Surface "I need a real builder" situations--scope clarity, timeline pressure, or complex work
  

Support the conversion (we do the heavy lifting)

• We handle scope development, budgeting, proposal, and contract
  
• You stay in the loop and look great to your client
  
• We keep the process clean so your reputation stays protected

Compensation

Performance-paid (commission/referral on signed projects).
