About Us
Cowdin Design + Build is a small, highly focused residential design-build firm delivering 10 to 13 major remodels, and an occasional new-build, annually across Metro Detroit's west side. Our primary work includes whole-home renovations, kitchens, primary suites, and home additions.
Our next phase of growth is intentional and referral-driven. We are moving away from low-margin lead sources and building deeper partnerships with architects, designers, and past clients. This Project Manager role is central to that strategy.

- Manage change orders, pricing, approvals, and documentation with clarity and discipline
- Conduct regular jobsite meetings and walkthroughs to ensure safety, cleanliness, and craftsmanship standards
- Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and communication records in Buildertrend
- Actively nurture relationships with architects, designers, and referral partners
